hello Joe Sammut from Huntsville Ontario here i met Tracy Goodwin about 5 years ago in a kiosk in a mall in chillawack and i was asking about vacant land but i was on hollidays anyways she has been always sending me up dates and info on propertys for sale i was very impressed with all the follow up work she did for me considering we only had a brief chat and i was out of province .so when i do get around to buying some land out there Tracy is going to my go to person i was very impressed with her effort to find me land being that i was out of province i didnt expect that kind of response and service

I actually met Tracy through my husband. Her group had rented a meeting space where he worked. Another friend purchased a new condo with Tracy's help and was very pleased with the experience.
Tracy helped us with the sale of our townhouse and the purchase of a condo.
Tracy was very patient with us. We thought first that we might purchase a house with our son and daughter in law. We looked at a few houses with that in mind but in the end that was not going to work out for us. Then I got sick and we had to put the whole idea of moving on hold.
We revisited the idea of moving again almost 2 years later. We had decided to downsize to a condo then. Tracy took us to several to see. Nothing seemed just right. We ended up finding out that a friend was moving and selling so we had an opportunity to purchase before it even went on the market. Tracy helped us through the whole process. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. When our townhouse was on the market we had multiple offers. She was an expert negotiator and we ended up with the best deaI possible. I should mention too that Tracy helped us sell property back in Ontario. She found a realtor in the local Century 21 office who was able to get it sold.
All in all it was a positive experience with Tracy. That's why I didn't hesitate to recommend her to my son and daughter in law when they were ready to move. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a house or condo.

I met Tracy when I was looking for a place for my sons to live in Chilliwack.
For the next few weeks she sent me listings and we got together to look at a few places that I thought might work for the boys.
Tracy was able to find a 2 bedroom condo in my price range which was less than a mile from my home and in a great location (near the malls, restaurants etc.) Seen as neither of my boys have a car.
Tracy answered all my questions about the market and if she wasn’t sure she was able to find the information I needed.
The boys did not have a stick of furniture so she offered to put the word out to clients and friends for donations. Before long the apartment was fully furnished and felt like home.
Tracy gave the boys a really nice basket with lots of goodies to welcome them to their new home. When the boys moved in we invited her over for tea so she could meet the boys and see how nice they had it set up.
Tracy has sent several nice cards and a calendar and has kept in touch and has become a good friend to me and my boys.
Tracy went above and beyond.

We met Tracy when we moved into our new condo in Vedder Crossing. We asked her to show us the current listings in the complex. She was well informed on each home, knowing the details of the condo and willing to spend time with us.
When we listed our place, Tracy was the only realtor we contacted as we had been impressed with her interest in her work - it wasn't just a job. When we told her the price we wished to list at her eyebrows raised, but we went on to inform her of the upgrades and features that we knew set us apart. Tracy respected that and put her efforts into selling our home.
