For the next few weeks she sent me listings and we got together to look at a few places that I thought might work for the boys. Tracy was able to find a 2 bedroom condo in my price range which was less than a mile from my home and in a great location (near the malls, restaurants etc.) Seen as neither of my boys have a car. Tracy answered all my questions about the market and if she wasn’t sure she was able to find the information I needed. The boys did not have a stick of furniture so she offered to put the word out to clients and friends for donations. Before long the apartment was fully furnished and felt like home. Tracy gave the boys a really nice basket with lots of goodies to welcome them to their new home. When the boys moved in we invited her over for tea so she could meet the boys and see how nice they had it set up. All in all it was a positive experience with Tracy. That's why I didn't hesitate to recommend her to my son and daughter in law when they were ready to move.
